Testing Days
Do you fancy yourself as the next Kadeena Cox or Justin Williams? Then this is a once in a lifetime opportunity for you. The KC Academy will be hosting two testing days in April 2022 to find new athletes from diverse ethnic communities to join the program for the next 2 years. You don't need any cycling experience but you certainly need the self belief and desire to make it all the way to the top. You'll have a chance to prove your strength and athleticism on a stationary bike test as well as an opportunity to experience riding in a velodrome with the help of experienced coaches. Successful athletes will join the KC Academy alongside its current members. Each athlete will receive a bespoke support package designed to help nurture their talent on the bike. That support, provided in collaboration with the charity SportsAid, includes KC Academy product which has been designed in collaboration with Rapha, tangible financial support, invitations to academy days, direct mentoring from Kadeena and access to elite athlete support services.

This is a chance to ride at the temporary home of British Cycling. Come and show us what you are made of by clocking your power scores on a stationary bike and experience the thrill of the velodrome with a group experience on the indoor track.

Join us at the iconic home of the London 2012 Olympics and Paralympic Games! This test day will be made up of two sections; an experience section on the velodrome and one test section on a stationary bike. This is where legends were made, will you be another one?
